Kanchan’s Okonomiyaki


Ok all you rare and amazing food lovers, here’s something you absolutely cannot live without: Hiroshima-style Okonomiyaki. Sounds just like it’s spelled. Say it fast.

A thin batter, spread carefully on a massive griddle, topped with shredded cabbage, bean sprouts, grilled buckwheat noodles, a fried egg, and plenty of sweet and savory okonomi sauce.

Served onto a hot plate at your table so you don’t have to worry about it getting cold.

Eat it with chopsticks and a spatula.

Unbelievable.

And the cook – nicknamed “Kanchan” – hand delivers every okonomiyaki right to your table.
